Lab Operations

Certified Laboratories provides a skilled management team to support the operations of our laboratory network. These positions provide opportunities for individuals with management experience in food testing. Advanced technical knowledge of food science and management/supervisory experience is required.

This department performs chromatographic analysis employing TLC, GC, and HPLC, which includes pesticide and drug residues, natural toxins, micronutrients such as vitamin and also other analyses in support of nutritional labeling and quality control. Certified Laboratories employs individuals with all levels of experience and education in various technical positions ranging from Laboratory Assistant to Department Manager.
